The Edible Arrangements Consumer Website (“Website”) is an integral part of the Edible International franchise system and your business. To obtain the benefits of receiving orders through the Website you must strictly adhere to the Edible Connect Rules and Regulations set forth in this Operations Manual.
Customers are currently asked to select their zip/postal code and delivery date prior to placing an order on the website. Once a product is selected, all eligible stores will show in a list for the customer to select. This list is not based on proximity and the order that the stores are listed is generated on a random basis (unless it is part of our Own Your Town initiative, see below). An eligible store is defined as having the product the customer chose on the date the customer selected in the delivery area that the customer typed in. The mobile version of the website selects a store at random for the customer. Customers are able to use the change button to select a different store.
Store Listings on Pickup Orders
Customers who opt to pick up their Edible Arrangements® purchase in their local Edible Arrangements® store will be asked to provide their zip/postal code and pickup date so we can locate the closest stores to the customer. All stores under a 30-mile radius will be listed on the website and will be listed by proximity, showing the closest location first. Distances are based from the center of the zip code entered and there is a disclaimer on the site citing that distances are “approximate." Guests are able to select any of the stores listed.
No edible Arrangement Store Available to Service
If an Edible Arrangements® store is unavailable to deliver a product to a customer in a specific zip code and/or on a specific date, the customer may be presented with an option to have a box of chocolate dipped fruit shipped to them. For more information on shipping please refer to the “Shipping” chapter in this Operations Manual.
