NOTE TO FRANCHISEES

As an Edible® franchisee and independent contractor, you are solely responsible for the day-to-day operation of your Edible® Business. Edible Arrangements, LLC (referred to throughout this Manual as “EA”), requires you to operate your Edible® Business in strict accordance with this Operations Manual. The information set forth in this manual is part of EA’s System Standards as that term is defined in your franchise agreement. Compliance with the Operations Manual is necessary to protect the reputation and goodwill of the Edible® System and to ensure uniform standards of operation throughout the system. As set forth in your franchise agreement, EA reserves the right to revise this manual and its System Standards at its sole discretion.

 Please note that some information contained in this manual, including in particular, information regarding Accounting, Finance or Assets Protection, Human Resources/Learning & Development and Communications, is being provide to you for informational purposes and to guide you in making decisions about your Edible® Business. EA encourages you to consult appropriate legal, accounting, and tax professionals in making decisions about these important topics. 

 In addition, it is your sole responsibility to comply with any applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing your Edible® Business.
