Our flower bouquets are designed and made exclusively for Edible and shipped in a combination box that includes three recipes - Bright, Natural, and Rose Plus (“Bouquet(s)”). Bouquets are built and shipped to stores directly from our partner farm in Bogota, Colombia to ensure the freshest quality. Bouquets are sent in a tight-cut stage to ensure they are not damaged in transit and give stores a 7-day sales life while still allowing the guests time to enjoy their flowers as they fully bloom. It is imperative to note that Bouquets are NOT substitutable with any other products. Additionally, and unless otherwise approved, NO flower bouquets should be purchased outside of Edible’s approved Bouquets created exclusively for Edible and shipped to your stores.
Bouquet Inventory and Ordering
Weekly shipments “(Smartshipments”) of flowers are scheduled for Wednesday delivery unless otherwise noted. Edible offers 4-pack and 8-pack Bouquets to align with store sales. Additional boxes can be added to your Smartshipment by sending a helpdesk ticket requesting the increase. There’s the option to mix and match the offerings with the current pack sizes to be able to receive an additional 4, 8, 12, or 16+ Bouquets weekly.

Receiving Bouquet Inventory
Upon arrival, Bouquets should be immediately opened, inspected, nets and, plastic removed, and placed in water for hydration and stored in the cooler until needed for orders.
Receiving Damaged Bouquet Product
To place a credit, ALL Bouquets for which you are requesting credit MUST be photographed and clearly show the quality concern. A group photo of all Bouquets previously individually photographed, and a photo of the FedEx/UPS label for the corresponding shipment must also accompany the credit request. Credits must be submitted in the form of HDT’s within 48 hours of receipt to be reviewed for approv
