Consult an Accountant

Edible strongly advises that you retain an accountant to review all financial information prior to opening your store and during the operation of your Edible Arrangements location.  

The following is a non-exhaustive list of the items Edible suggests be reviewed with an accountant: 

• Financial strength to purchase the business.  

• Organization of the new business  

• Yearly tax returns  

• Sales and use tax permits and returns  

• Local County taxes/business registrations  

• Quarterly Profit & Loss Statements  

• Financial strength for the duration of the operation of the franchise  

• Business valuation if franchisee decides to sell the business.
