Seasonal Playbooks
Before each major season or holiday for our business, we publish a Seasonal Playbook to help stores prepare and execute for that season. Playbooks include detailed information on new products, procurement information, marketing, promotions, and more. It is the responsibility of each Franchisee and their Managers to read every Playbook and ensure they are well-informed.
Playbooks will be posted in advance of the holiday/season and loaded as an attachment.
Product Launches
Periodically, we will launch new products to expand our current collection or to replace existing products. Product launches will be communicated to stores in advance with a written product launch guide, seasonal playbooks and/or nSpire videos, including recipes and step by step instructions. Other tools and/or materials may also be provided.
It is important that all stores follow the steps outlined in the product launch materials and are fully prepared for the launch prior to the launch date. Some launches will utilize existing supplies and others will require the purchase of new supplies, including but not limited to fruit, cutters, containers, packaging or other materials. In addition, we will provide marketing guidelines and other tools that can be used to promote the new products at the local level.
When a new product launches into the system, you will be provided with a product launch guide that will contain information pertaining to that particular launch. This information can include but is not limited to the following information:
- Official Name of the items (Registered or Trademarked)
- Launch Date
- Product Description
- Product Images
- Product Pricing
- Item Codes
- Nspire location/name/date of availability - TRAINING
- New/Current Supply inventory ordering information/pricing
- Marketing materials available to support the launch.
- Action items for stores/franchisees
