Self-QAR 

Stores are required to complete a monthly self-QAR utilizing the “Meazure-UP” application.  This task must be completed without exception no later than the 15th of each month.  Stores failing to complete this task will receive a notice of default an with a 5-day cure period. Failure to cure said default will result in fines and other remedies provided under the Franchise Agreement, including termination of web sales or the Franchise Agreement for repeat offenders.
