The Support Center phone system is operational seven days a week. It is designed to be a more efficient service for you, with faster access to your Store Support Coordinator or any member of the Grow Team. The system also gives us the ability to track support calls and monitor service to improve the overall level and speed of service you receive when calling our office. As always, if you have trouble reaching us, please submit a Help Desk Ticket.
How the System Works:
Store Support Team
Please dial 203-774-5330 to reach the Grow Team. You will then be prompted to enter 1 for Store Support or 2 for Netsolace Support Team the next available Store Support team member will be able to assist you.
Store Support Team hours of operation are as follows: Monday- Friday 8am-8pm est. Saturday 8am-6pm est. Sunday 9am-5pm est. Store Support hours of operation will adjust for the following holidays- Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday.
