Guest Service Requirements Overview
Guests should always see and hear enthusiasm and employees who take pride in the way they dress and carry out their duties. Any position, whether it is preparing fruit, preparing product or answering the phone, should be working for customers—keeping their satisfaction as the most important aspect of each job.
Our main objective at Edible® is total customer satisfaction. Your Guests will not always be familiar with our products or our way of doing things (policies and procedures). If a customer seems hesitant about ordering, describe specific arrangements, bakeshop items and other retail products offered by edible. Be prepared to answer any questions about the fruit, arrangement, size, and price of each arrangement so you can knowledgeably make recommendations. Tools such as SMS, an iPad with Mobile SMS should be used during all customer interactions to ensure Guests are given accurate information and serviced with strong product knowledge.
