Business Gifting

In this section you will learn more about Business Gifting and how your store can take part. Business Gifting is divided into Local Business Gifting (Local store level) and National Business Gifting (Edible Concierge sales team). 

 Companies across the country are using Edible ® as a business solution to help them retain customers, encourage referrals and recognize their employees. A single business account can generate thousands in store channel revenue every year.  

 Key community resources and organizations include your local Chamber of Commerce, service organizations including the Lions Club and Rotary Club as well as local schools and PTA’s. 

 Business deals tend to be larger and include multiple delivery locations (many that may be outside of your territory). When this happens, orders will be inter-franchised to stores that can support the delivery location. Like all orders, the guest experience is critical, so whether you are the store sending the request or being ask to make the inter-franchise delivery a WOW experience must be delivered each and every time. 
 

Because Business Gifting orders tend to be larger, we have put in place some guidelines for volume discounts. As always, $5 coupons must be accepted at all times. We have also added the ability for a store to provide up to a 10% discount on Local Business gifting orders or apply a national offer available on the edible web site. When you receive an inter-franchise order with a 10% discount or a valid coupon code available on the website, you must honor the order and as always provide a WOW guest experience. As we significantly grow our business gifting business, more and more of these orders will be coming through the system.
