Occasionally, the Support Center will request that stores provide complimentary products to customers. Requests could be associated to national marketing efforts, such as sweepstakes, publicity opportunities or complaint resolution. On these occasions, stores will be reimbursed at various levels depending on the situation. This could include cost of goods sold plus fees, 80% of retail price plus fees, or 100% of the retail. If you fulfill one of these orders, please submit a helpdesk ticket to the store support team through ncompass to begin the reimbursement process.
