Once your store layout is finalized and approved by EA Design and Construction, you can request an equipment quote from an EA preferred equipment vendor. You will be responsible for reviewing and signing off on the order prior to finalizing, as well as signing off on the walk-in box for your space. A 30% down payment is required for equipment purchases.
Please note there is a five to six-week lead time from the date you put your deposit down to when you get on the shipment calendar. You will be required to pay the balance of your order before the shipment will be released.
Please note that if your order contains any customized items, the expected lead time will be increased six to eight weeks.
EA’s preferred equipment vendor offers a "set-in-place" service. This is an optional item and a separate quote will be required. As part of this service, the preferred equipment vendor will unload all equipment, assemble items as necessary, and set it in place based on your finalized layout. Your contractor will be responsible for final plumbing and electrical connections, etc. of all coolers and sinks.
If you do not choose this service, the preferred equipment vendor delivery will be a curb-side drop, and your contractor will need workers on hand to bring all the items into the space, assemble as necessary and setup everything.
You will also have to carefully inspect all items to ensure nothing is damaged or missing prior to signing off on the delivery. You have 24 hours to alert EA’s preferred equipment vendor if something is damaged or missing. Beyond this time frame a claim for freight damage cannot be pursued.
