The EA Design and Construction team or approved third party vendor will create your equipment layout for you. You must obtain an AutoCAD file or floor space plan from your landlord and email both items to EA Design and Construction team.
The Construction Team will contact you to review the drawing. Once the layout is approved, you can submit it to EA preferred equipment vendor to obtain a quote. This quote will include the individual price of each item as well as the specifications of each item.
Once you have this finalized layout, you can hand this into your contractor or architect. From this, your contractor or architect will be able to create any additional plans required by your state or county to submit for permits. Some plans that may need to be created are mechanical, plumbing, architectural, and electrical.
You may also need to give your contractor or architect your quote from your approved equipment vendor. Apart from the itemized price of each item, this quote also includes the specifications of each item. The contractor or architect may need these specifications in order to apply for permits.
