Opening Inventory Guidelines

Inventory/Equipment/Merchandise 

You must follow all steps in New Store Management in ncompass. You should have ordered and received all opening inventory, merchandise, and equipment prior to opening. 

You are required to purchase all products, equipment, and other selected items from the vendors EA designates as approved vendors. No substitutions will be allowed. 

Local Items 

To prepare for your opening, you must acquire some items locally. These items include, but are not limited to: 

• Helium Tank Rental – Suggested tank sizes are Size 244, Size 300, or sometimes called M size tank 
• A smart phone for drivers to communicate with store about order status and log tickets on the GO! Delivery App 
• Garbage Dumpster rental if needed 

Initial Fruit Order 

Please work with your Operations Support person for the amount of fruit you should be ordering in preparation for your opening. 

Cash Drawer

Please refer to the Opening Cash Drawer document located in the New Store Kit for the monetary amounts suggested to be in your cash drawer for your opening.
